Tasting notes

Muscular, brawny, the kind of Cabernet you can sinkyour teeth into and chew on. This is 100 percent Cabernet, unfiltered with a minty-leafy palate combined with firm tannins. Can be had now but will age nicely for several years if stored on its side in a cool, dark place.

Food pairing

Enjoy with Hungarian goulash, cholent, pot roast, hot corned beef with boiled potatoes or brisket. Also good with tuna steak.
