You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Varietal Wines & Spirits that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

Our trucks make free deliveries in Nassau, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Suffolk, Staten Island, Bronx, and Westchester for orders over $300. Please note that we can also ship your order to the above areas via common carriers should your order fall short of the minimum or all other area deliveries. 

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Varietal Wines & Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Also, please note the customer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. Varietal Wines & Spirits shall assume no responsibility for wine damaged in transit. However, please e-mail our Customer Service department so Varietal Wines & Spirits can submit a claim with the courier and work with you to find the best solution.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah. • All orders require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon
  delivery.
• All alcoholic beverages are sold in New York and title passes to you
  in New York. You as a buyer are solely responsible for shipment of your
  wine. By placing your order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to
  engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
• Varietal Wines reserves the right to delay or hold shipments to
  protect your wine from extreme weather related damages.
• We are not responsible for damaged wine due to shipping in extreme weather conditions against our recommendations. All orders are non-cancelable after shipping.
